Clubhouse concept design proposal, Shunde

The proposed building is composed of two blocks of living quarters plus a common area for recreational activities. The complex is connected under a single roof of various height to synchronize with the surrounding landscape. The in-between spaces also form communal area for gatherings between the occupants of the living quarters.

Taking advantage of the original topography of the site, a half sunken level is created in adjacent to a sunken plaza.
